 Julie's recruiting career began over 20 years ago with Houlihan's corporate office in Kansas City.  Her next assignment placed her with a recruiting firm based in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Julie formed her own recruiting firm following her tenure there, and has flourished in the hospitality industry; having served a wide range of recruiting clients spanning the dining spectrum: fine dining, upscale casual, full service, and QSR.  Her leaderhip in the Giraffe operation is integral to its success.
